Senior Analyst - Credit Documentation and Administration

We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.
In this role, your key responsibilities include:
- Liaise with Commercial Business, Credit or Legal during document preparation in order to clarify and resolve any ambiguity relating to documentation or other matters.
- Review and analyse facility structures, limits, collaterals, pricing, terms and conditions of approved credit applications to ensure due process is followed in all cases.
- Collaborate with Commercial Business/Credit/Legal during the process of preparation of documents in order to clarify and resolve any ambiguity relating to documentation or other concerns.
- Manage the update of all systems and records within agreed turnaround time (TAT) in order to facilitate transaction processing.
- Escalate system gaps and system downtime which impacts limit and collateral management/reports to ensure that remedial technology support and solutions are obtained.
- Assess approved credit facilities and prepare required facility, security/charge documents in accordance with the stipulated terms and conditions in order to protect the Bank against the risk of default.
- Prepare the Credit facility documentation to be executed by Commercial Customers and ensure compliance with policy, regulatory requirements and other criteria in order to provide sign off on behalf of the Bank prior to submission of documents to business relationship managers within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Support the Team Leader to close the observations raised by Internal Audit Department, following through to successful conclusion to ensure that remediation takes place.
The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
- More than 4 years of experience in Documentation Preparation process for corporate products.
- Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Business or Accounting.
- Excel, Word and MS Office
- Understanding of Corporate and Commercial Banking assets, products and its related documentation requirements
- Good command of English and preferably proficient in Arabic
