Talent Acquisition Specialist

An opportunity has arisen within the Talent Acquisition team for an experienced professional with demonstrable sourcing and screening exposure.

Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Lead, and working with the broader team, you will be responsible for the sourcing of a wide range of candidates across several verticals, such as Corporate Banking, Retail Banking, and Operations.

 To lead the recruitment process for a specific business group by understanding the business strategy and specific hiring requirements and managing the service delivery of the recruitment activities to ensure the organisation has sufficient competent manpower to facilitate the requirements of the bank.

Candidate Profiling and Sourcing - Define the requirements of jobs in collaboration with the assigned business units, determining the skill requirement and profile of prospective candidates and identify if there are suitable internal candidates available to fill vacant positions to facilitate a culture of internal transfers/promotions.

Recruitment Process - Screen and identify external and internal applicants for job openings, facilitate the assessment and negotiations and ensure all recruitment related documents such as CVs, offer letters, contract etc. are in order and as per the required standards established for the selection of the right people into the target roles. Integrate information about the candidates from multiple sources (interviews, references, assessments etc.) and formulate an overall picture based on the role

 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

At least 6 years of experience in a similar role with experience in screening and interviewing methodologies and techniques. Candidates of relevant experience are encouraged to apply, and a background within either an agency or an organisation with a high volume of recruitment is highly preferred.
