Operational Loss Data Process
|
Maintain operational loss data records to ensure completeness, accuracy and comprehensiveness of loss data Analyses operational losses in collaboration with business owners in order to identify underlying causes Develop and monitor action plans to ensure appropriate actions are implemented to mitigate further losses

Reporting |
Report all risk and control breaches, shortcomings, non-compliances to line manager in order for these to be reviewed and appropriate remedial action taken |

|
Relationship Management |
Liaise with BORM ensure timelines set for risk and control activities are complied with as required by group operational risk management

|
Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders

Skills
Minimum Experience |
At least 5 years of experience in banking including 3 years of experience in a credit-risk or compliance |
