Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
To assist and provide support to Transaction Banking Product Sales Managers and Relationship Managers in the implementation of Transaction Banking products and action/resolve customer queries to ensure internal policies and procedures are adhered to and customer expectations are met
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Product Implementation
Assist and provide support to Relationship Managers in the implementation of Transaction Banking products to ensure service levels are maintained and customer expectations met
Customer Support
Action and resolve customer queries and issues to ensure full support is provided to customers Transaction Banking products
Administration
Create internal memos, customer letters and track/follow up on departmental documentation to support relationship managers in ensuring service standards and internal policies and procedures are adhered to
Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures
Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders
Self-Management
Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own contribution to business performance
Customer Service
Demonstrate the ADCB Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions
Skills
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Minimum Experience
At least 4 years of experience in Banking with an understanding of Corporate Banking operations, systems and products
At least 2 years of experience in Transaction Banking implementations role or related technology client services role
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
Professional Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince 2 or equivalent
Knowledge and Skills
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
