Portfolio Specialist

JOB PURPOSE

To execute defined portfolio strategies, launch and manage campaigns, and support in the achievement of the overall strategic and financial goals of consumer banking

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
 

1)Portfolio Management

Launch and manage acquisitions, attrition, deepening and cross-sell campaigns along with tracking effectiveness of marketing/sales programmes and campaigns launched to build market share through positive customer experience and drive desired NPS behaviour, working closely with other business segments for seamless integration of customer segments and to track competition for new product introduction and changes in pricing

2) Reporting and MIS analysis

Develop and streamline various business MIS reports along with administrative support and assistance to the

3) Budget Management     
Contribute to the preparation of the business area’s budget and manage and monitor the financial performance against the budget so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon  

4) Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures

Recommend and implement improvements to departmental policies, procedures and processes covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while ensuring that ADCB delivers best-in-class services, products and innovation

5)Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to contribute to organisational and departmental change initiatives, programmes and projects taking into account best practice and standards in the business environment

6)Customer Service

Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions

At least 5 years of relevant banking/financial services experience  

In depth technical knowledge of consumer banking products and services

Numerical and financial analysis skills

Thorough knowledge of global financial markets and trends
