Job Description
Job Purpose
To conceptualize, design and produce marketing collaterals within the brand guidelines, through liaison with internal stakeholders and external vendors and provide marketing support in order to achieve the overall business objectives
Accountabilities
Production and Design Management
- Design, amend and finalize marketing collaterals ensuring consistency in design and adaptations within brand guidelines in order to meet marketing/campaign needs
- Conceptualize new creative ideas and manage design projects within the agreed timelines to ensure successful and timely delivery of marketing requirements
- Adapt in-house collaterals, ATM screens, elevator screens, forms, ads resize and Arabic language support in order to support marketing team requirements
- Co-ordinate with marketing team members to assign projects and oversee quality production/design to ensure timely delivery as per organization guidelines
Relationship Management
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned customer accounts to ensure
their marketing requirements are managed and met in line with the agreed standards
Marketing Support
- Assist team members with routine marketing communications, monthly statements / newsletters / digital circulars to ensure delivered to required standards and within agreed timeframes
- Manage the release of artworks to marketing agencies, printing vendors and publications to ensure delivery of marketing requirements
Reporting and Record Keeping
- Produce a weekly status update on all marketing activities to ensure an accurate and up to date picture of is available for review
- Provide accurate marketing information to relevant internal business units within agreed timeframes in order for relevant reports to be produced
- Maintain up-to-date records, version controls and archive of all final production artworks to enable this to be accessed reviewed and/or retrieved at any point in the future
Vendor Management
- Collaborate and manage relationships with bank approved external suppliers and monitor the quality and standard of service provided on marketing activities to ensure the required standards are met

- Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders

- Manage self in line with the bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own contribution to business performance
Customer Service
- Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions
Skills
Minimum Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a marketing design role
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in design or digital design and marketing
Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of design related software
