JOB PURPOSE
To provide day to day service and assistance to all transportation related requests while maintaining good levels of service in accordance to the policy and SOP placed by the department

KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
1. ADCB Employees
To provide support and assistance regarding transportation and other job orders

2. Line Manager
To take approvals and provide updates on day to day activities

To liaise upon delivery of documents or items as per requests received

4. Employee and Admin Affairs Colleagues
To take and complete job orders and provide an update on day to day activities
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Execution of Duties.
Check and monitor the vehicle on a daily basis, provide prompt and punctual pickup service as per the schedule in order to provide efficient transportation services while adhering to traffic rules and regulations.
2.Chauffeur Services
Provide chauffeur service to bank’s executives for business trips and be available on time to ensure high quality service.
3.Mail Deliveries
Deliver secured documents to various Government authorities from ADCB and obtain acknowledgement in a timely and effective manner.
4.Vehicle Cleanliness
Monitor and check the cleanliness of the vehicles at all times to ensure the car is clean, tidy and hygienic as per the required service standards.
5.Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures
Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.
6.Self-Management
Manage self in line with the bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure
adherence and to maximise own contribution to business
performance.
7. Customer Service
Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service
Standards to deliver the bank’s required levels of service
in all internal and external customer interactions
Skills
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:
Minimum Experience
At least 2 years of experience in driving vehicles for senior
officials within UAE
Minimum Qualifications
Completion of High School
Professional Qualifications
Valid UAE License
