Stakeholder management and ensure project steering committee and working group are kept up to date with project progress, issues and risks with clear action plan to address them.
Undertake lean diagnostics and value stream mapping within the business unit to identify areas for improvement and identify prioritised list of change initiatives that will deliver maximum benefits.

Deliver process improvement and apply six sigma controls to reduce errors within ITMAM.
Act as the interface with businesses for the delivery of process and systems change initiated.

University Degree

Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certified

Robotic Process Automation experience would be an advantage

A minimum of 8 years’ experience within banking operations / a financial institution / a consulting firm.

Experience of wide range of process and system process improvement Techniques.
