JOB PURPOSE
To understand, translate and document the needs of IT customers and provide test and project support in order to support the delivery/implementation of cost effective technology solutions for projects and system enhancements

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Requirements Elicitation and Analysis
Liaise with key stakeholders to understand and document business requirements for Projects/System Enhancements, propose solutions and/or work arounds, obtain stakeholder approvals, and simplify/translate requirements into system specifications to enable Project Managers to create accurate and cost effective business cases.
2.Test and Project Support
Liaise with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Management and Quality Assurance team to define and review test strategy, participate in testing cycles and monitor test results in order to ensure desired quality standards are met
Complete tasks assigned by Project Managers (For example: approvals, execution and monitoring) to ensure project deliverables are met.
3.User Training
Prepare or assist in preparing end user manuals and training materials in order to deliver end user training.
4.Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures
Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.
5.Self-Management
Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own contribution to business performance.
6.Customer Service
Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions
Skills
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:
Minimum Experience
At least 4 years of experience in the Banking/Financial Services industry with at least 2 years of experience in a Change or Project Management function and Banking domain knowledge
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computing, Engineering, Commerce or Business Administration
