Job Description
To manage and develop client relationships in a specified geographical area to meet the defined objectives and standards of the bank
1)Relationship Management
Develop and manage client relationships by offering value-added advice and guidance to customers and placing their needs at the forefront to achieve desired objectives of the bank in line with the required standards
Grow sustainable revenues from existing customer portfolio and through targeted acquisition of quality new customers
Proactively develop effective plans to manage relationships, both existing and new, by anticipating customer needs and providing superior quality services resulting in increased wallet share
2)Portfolio Management
Monitor and control customer portfolios to achieve desired quality through cross sell, upsell and retention
Increase profitability, relationship depth while minimising risk to ensure an healthy portfolio
Optimise the potential value and profitability of existing relationships by assisting in the delivery of solutions, products and services appropriate to meet customer need and to improve customer engagement
Establish an effective dialogue/ working relationship with Risk Management teams in order to build a sustainable asset growth
Skills
At least 2 years of relationship management experience in banking/financial services industry
A Minimum of CISI Level 1 certification is required
An extensive and demonstrable knowledge of markets, Investment and Insurance products is required
Experience in in Wealth / Portfolio Management within the local market, driving wealth penetration
Understanding of wealth management products & services
