To understand the organisational strategy and business requirements, manage assigned programmes, conduct data analysis and implement customised Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD) interventions to enable ADCB to leverage on, and develop, the required immediate and future capabilities to achieve the strategic goals of the organisation

Work in partnership with the business and the Centres of Excellence (CoE) to manage, design and deliver L&OD programmes and interventions, ensure that progress and performance is monitored, reported and delivered and necessary actions are taken to achieve the strategy and agreed plans

Work in partnership with the business and the CoE to manage Learning and Organisational Development projects that drive improvements in the work environment based on analysis and correlation of surveys and data, ensuring projects are managed within the agreed budget

Establish and maintain relationships with the business and CoE to leverage and develop, the required immediate and future capabilities in order to achieve the strategic plans 

Manage self and team in line with ADCB’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own and employee contribution to business performance

Organise and supervise the activities and work of the team to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems

Implement approved departmental policies, processes and procedures, and ensure employee adherence so that work is carried out to the required standard while delivering the required standards of service to customers and stakeholders

Manage and motivate the team to ensure they contribute to, and participate in, the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programmes and projects in line with the Bank’s standards

Demonstrate ‘Our Promise’ and apply the ‘ADCB Service Standards’ to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions

المهارات

At least 6 years of experience in learning and organisational development

Bachelor’s Degree in Organisational Development, Human Resources or Business Management

Project management/planning skills

Programme management
