Main Tasks and Responsibilities -
1. Transaction Administration - Process/authorise transactions and monitor reports in line with trade finance policy, standard operating procedures and credit terms and conditions without any errors and within agreed timelines.
2. Stakeholder Management - Liaise with relationship team to acquire necessary approvals required for transaction handling to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to.
3. Reporting - Produce required reports for MIS reviews internally in line with the agreed standards.
4. Information and Record Keeping - Maintain records and information relating to the transactions and reconciliation of accounts in line with the bank’s standards.
5. Self-Management - Manage self in line with the bank’s people management, policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own contribution to business performance.
6. Customer Service - Demonstrate our promise and apply the ADCB standards to deliver the banks required levels of service in all internal and external communication.
7. Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures - Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.

Experience and Qualifications -
Minimum Education Level - Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Banking/Business/Accounting or equivalent.
Professional Qualification - Banking specialization from Institute of Financial Services like CDCS,URDG,CITF governed by ICC or equivalent is preferred.
Experience - At least 3 years of experience in Trade Finance with knowledge of banking and accounting systems for core trade products.
